Justine Petrillo has extensive experience in customer service and team management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Product Specialist at Addgene since September 2016, Justine has also held roles as Customer Support Manager and Customer Support Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes a position at Whole Foods Market from May 2010 to September 2016, where Justine excelled as the Body Care, Supplement, and Lifestyle Buyer and Supervisor, overseeing team operations and implementing strategic purchasing practices. Earlier, Justine managed Rodney's Bookstore from May 2002 to July 2009, focusing on customer service, employee training, and inventory management. Justine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Women's Studies from Simmons University, obtained in 2004.
