Hillary Belk, CADC, CLC, serves as the Recovery Support Services Outreach Coordinator of WNC at Addiction Professionals of North Carolina since March 2020, focusing on community engagement and recovery resource support. Hillary initiated the journey to become a Certified Substance Use Counselor in 2015, while also working as a self-employed Reiki Practitioner and catering assistant. As a co-founder of R Creative Collective and a former Sober Companion at Recovery Placement Services, Hillary has contributed to various recovery and community initiatives. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Image Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and dual certificates in Human Services from Central Piedmont Community College.
