Felicia Roberson

Felicia Roberson is an experienced professional in the field of training and technical assistance, currently serving as the Director of the NC TTA Center at Addiction Professionals of North Carolina since February 2021. Prior to this role, Felicia held the position of Prevention Practice Improvement Manager and worked at Walgreens as a Shift Lead, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and enhancing customer experience. Felicia also has a background as a consultant in instructional design and training, working with organizations in North Carolina and Ohio. Earlier experience includes serving as the Training Manager at Prevention First, Inc., overseeing state-funded grants for training and assistance throughout Illinois. Felicia holds a Master of Arts in Human Performance & Training from Governors State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University.
