Adam Dalton has extensive experience in the field of addiction recovery and support. Currently employed at Addiction Recovery Care since January 2020, Adam has held multiple positions including Peer Support Specialist, Program Manager, Residential Coordinator, Office Manager, Lead Peer Support Specialist, and Residential Staff. Prior to this, Adam worked with the Martin County Board of Education from November 2012 to February 2020 as a Janitor. Additional experience includes positions as a Tax Specialist and Tax Associate at H&R Block from January 2018 to April 2019, and as a Security Guard at Twin Energy Contracting from May 2010 to March 2012. Adam holds an Associate of Arts degree in Human Services from Ohio Christian University and a GED from Sheldon Clark High School.

Addiction Recovery Care

Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) operates a network of 38 addiction treatment centers in 16 Eastern and Central Kentucky counties. The organization, headquartered in Louisa, Kentucky, offers a full continuum of care including detox, residential, transitional, intensive outpatient, outpatient, medically assisted treatment (MAT), vocational rehabilitation, and job training. The treatment centers are holistic with CARF-accredited clinical programs, medical services directed by an addictionologist, a Christ-centered spiritual emphasis that includes the 12 steps and chaplaincy care, and a broadening scope of vocational training opportunities for clients.
