Cassandra Webb

President - Education @ Workforce Division at Addiction Recovery Care

Cassandra Webb has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Cassandra began their career in 1992 as an English teacher at Lawrence County High School and later worked as a guidance counselor at Lawrence County Schools. In 1996, they joined Big Sandy Community and Technical College as a guidance counselor. In 2000, they became the assistant principal and then the principal at Lawrence County High School. Cassandra held the position of Director of Career-Technical Education before becoming the Chief Academic Officer at Lawrence County Schools. Currently, they are working as the Education Research and Development Coordinator at Addiction Recovery Care and will soon assume the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Education Division.

Cassandra Webb completed their Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Kentucky from 1988 to 1992. Cassandra then pursued a Master of Education (MEd) in Counseling from Morehead State University, which they completed from 1992 to 1993. Later, from 2013 to 2016, Cassandra earned their Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Morehead State University.

Addiction Recovery Care

Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) operates a network of 38 addiction treatment centers in 16 Eastern and Central Kentucky counties. The organization, headquartered in Louisa, Kentucky, offers a full continuum of care including detox, residential, transitional, intensive outpatient, outpatient, medically assisted treatment (MAT), vocational rehabilitation, and job training. The treatment centers are holistic with CARF-accredited clinical programs, medical services directed by an addictionologist, a Christ-centered spiritual emphasis that includes the 12 steps and chaplaincy care, and a broadening scope of vocational training opportunities for clients.
