Joseph Little, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2014 with Alice Lloyd College. Joseph served as the Director of Enrollment Management and Director of Financial Aid, as well as an Information Technology Assistant and Residential Advisor. In 2017, Joseph worked as an Insurance Agent with the Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company. Joseph also gained experience as a Child Crisis Stabilization Unit Specialist at Mountain Comprehensive Care. Joseph's most recent position is as the Enterprise Sales and Marketing Director at Addiction Recovery Care, starting in February 2023.
Joseph Little, MBA, completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of the Cumberlands in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Alice Lloyd College in the years 2013 to 2016.

Addiction Recovery Care
Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) operates a network of 38 addiction treatment centers in 16 Eastern and Central Kentucky counties. The organization, headquartered in Louisa, Kentucky, offers a full continuum of care including detox, residential, transitional, intensive outpatient, outpatient, medically assisted treatment (MAT), vocational rehabilitation, and job training. The treatment centers are holistic with CARF-accredited clinical programs, medical services directed by an addictionologist, a Christ-centered spiritual emphasis that includes the 12 steps and chaplaincy care, and a broadening scope of vocational training opportunities for clients.
