Paula Baker has extensive experience in the field of addiction recovery and operations management. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Addiction Recovery Care since February 2021, Paula previously held the position of Insurance Billing Manager at Recovery Louisville from January 2019 to February 2021. Additionally, Paula worked as an Administrative Assistant at The Healing Place from April 2013 to February 2021, where responsibilities included providing support for the administrative office and data department. Paula's educational background includes studies at Sullivan University from 2017 to 2018 and Ashland Community and Technical College from 2003 to 2004.

Addiction Recovery Care
Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) operates a network of 38 addiction treatment centers in 16 Eastern and Central Kentucky counties. The organization, headquartered in Louisa, Kentucky, offers a full continuum of care including detox, residential, transitional, intensive outpatient, outpatient, medically assisted treatment (MAT), vocational rehabilitation, and job training. The treatment centers are holistic with CARF-accredited clinical programs, medical services directed by an addictionologist, a Christ-centered spiritual emphasis that includes the 12 steps and chaplaincy care, and a broadening scope of vocational training opportunities for clients.
