Todd Dials has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Todd started their career in 2000 at Inez Deposit Bank, where they worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer and IT Administrator for eight years. In 2008, they joined Citizens National Bank as a System Administrator and later became VP/Account Operations Center Manager at Citizens Bank of Kentucky, Inc., where they worked for ten years. In 2018, Todd joined Addiction Recovery Care, initially as Director of Human Resources. Todd then held the position of Vice President of Human Resources before becoming Vice President of Compliance in April 2021. Todd's expertise covers compliance, human resources, IT, and operations management.

Todd Dials attended Morehead State University from 1994 to 1999, where they pursued a general studies program. Todd did not obtain a degree from this institution. In terms of certifications, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) accreditation from SHRM in February 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications as an Accredited ACH Professional from NACHA - The Electronic Payments Association, and as a National Check Professional from ECCHo.
