Zac Spowart, LAADC, MBA, MA has a diverse range of work experience in the addiction recovery field. Zac currently works as a Sober Global Travel Promoter at Nomadic Addictt. Prior to this, they served as the Operations Director and Outreach Wizard at Addiction Recovery, where they managed operations and provided outreach for behavioral healthcare programs. Zac also held the position of Board Member at the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals.

In 2018, Zac founded Brightside Behavioral Health LLC dba Silver Lining Recovery and served as the Chairman/ Founder until October 2021. Zac also worked as the Executive Director at Pearl of the Sea Retreat from 2020 to 2021.

Zac has held various leadership positions at different organizations. Zac was the Director of Operations and later the Director of Quality Care and Compliance at Northbound Treatment Services. Zac also served as a Clinical Project Manager/Program Director at Monarch Shores/ Willow Springs Recovery and as a Clinician/ Case Manager at Ocean Recovery.

Earlier in their career, Zac worked as a Clinical Project Manager at Haven House Treatment Center Los Angeles and as a Case Manager at Northbound Treatment Services. Overall, Zac has a strong background in addiction recovery, with experience in operations, leadership, program management, and clinical roles.

Zac Spowart obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between the years 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Addiction Studies-Advanced Practice from Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies from 2013 to 2014. In 2011, Zac completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, Pre-Medical from Westmont College.
