Sead Puran

Sead Puran is an experienced Information Technology Support Specialist at Addiko Bank Sarajevo since October 2018, responsible for creating and maintaining operations documentation, supervising staff in the absence of the IT Operations Lead, and overseeing the upkeep of the server fleet. Sead collaborates with audit managers to implement technology and process improvements, ensures resolution of control gaps, and serves as a technical point of contact for various business units. Additionally, Sead provides technical advice on virtual courts implementation and manages client equipment needs. Prior experience includes a role as an IT Support Technician at Balkanvibe.com, where Sead delivered Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, configured hardware, and maintained IT equipment. Sead is also pursuing a degree at the Faculty of Information Technologies, University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar, studying since 2015.
