Shelly Shilo

Shelly Shilo currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Addionics, with a tenure starting in June 2023. Prior to this role, Shelly was the Vice President of Human Resources at Cellwize from 2013 to June 2023, overseeing HR activities for over 220 employees and collaborating with senior management to enhance HR processes and leadership. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at RADVISION from 2008 to 2012, Human Resources Generalist and Office Manager at Trivnet Services Limited from 2006 to 2008, and Human Resources and Office Administrator at Relegence from 2000 to 2008. Shelly began their career with mandatory service in the IDF from 1995 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Management from The Open University of Israel and various professional development courses. Currently, Shelly is pursuing further education at Tel Aviv University, expected to conclude in July 2024.
