Nikki Massey

Nikki Massey is a seasoned human resources professional with over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Since March 2011, Nikki has held progressive roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas, where responsibilities encompass change management, culture, and learning initiatives.
