Colleen Meehan

Retail & Operations Manager at Addison Bay

Colleen Meehan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Colleen began their career in 2009 as a Computer Lab Assistant, College Life Study, and Research Assistant at the University of Maryland. In 2011, they became a Corps Member for Teach For America and a Volunteer for Alternative Winter Break, University of Maryland. Colleen then worked as a Special Education Teacher for Chicago Public Schools, a Reading Specialist for Scholar Academies, and a Policy, Advocacy, & Organizing Fellow for Leadership for Educational Equity. In 2014, they moved to lululemon and held various roles including Assistant Store Manager, Key Leader, Store Business Lead, and Educator. In 2021, they joined Addison Bay as the Head of Customer Care & Retail Operations and Store Manager.

Colleen Meehan graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics. Colleen then went on to earn their Masters of Teaching in Special Education from National Louis University in 2013. In 2015, they obtained Pennsylvania Instructional I English 7-12 Certification (Type 61).
