Clare Fiala

Clare Fiala began their work experience in 2019 as a Telemarketer at State Farm, where they gained experience in sales and customer communication. In 2019, they also worked as a Sales and Management Intern at The Buckle, Inc. This internship provided their with exposure to sales and management responsibilities. In 2020, Clare joined Addison Group as a Healthcare Recruiter, where they conducted recruitment processes and established relationships with candidates and healthcare organizations. Clare then progressed to the role of Senior Healthcare Recruiter, spearheading recruitment efforts in the healthcare sector and collaborating with healthcare organizations to tailor recruitment solutions. Most recently, they are serving as the Recruiting Team Lead at Addison Group, overcoming challenges and achieving results while upholding the company's core values and promoting a positive team culture.

Clare Fiala attended the University of Kentucky from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Management and Marketing, with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
