Nevena Jevtic

Nevena Jevtic, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in the fields of human resources, corporate social responsibility, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at Addison Group, Nevena develops and executes CSR strategies that enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture. Previous roles include Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Addison Group and Human Resources Business Partner & DEI Project Manager, where strategic guidance and DEI initiatives were implemented. Additionally, Nevena has experience as Human Resources, Talent, and Survey Specialist at Strategic Club Solutions, Human Resources Specialist at Enesco, and various positions within the Woman's Athletic Club of Chicago, showcasing a diverse skill set in HR and project management. Nevena earned a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and an MA in the same field from The Chicago School.
