RevCon is a property management company. We manage construction projects from simple remodels to large-scale multi-family units. We provide full-service rehabs, turns, and maintenance. We manage the entire process to ensure we deliver projects on time and on budget. Our management processes and procedures help us avoid many pitfalls.

RevCon has executed more than 1,000 projects in the last three years (and counting), totaling $100 million in assets. In addition, we are also investors of our own properties and perform our own acquisitions.

RevCon works with real estate investment and property management companies focused on renovating and leasing homes across the country. Our clients range from Real Estate investors to hedge funds. The vast majority of our customers operate on a large-scale covering most of the United States. They typically have assets in excess of $5 billion.
