Bas van Den Hout

Bas van den Hout has a diverse work experience in the sales and project management field. Bas started their career at VDL Groep as a Project Manager from December 2016 to December 2018. Later, they joined Additive Industries in 2019 as a Project Manager, where they worked on complex projects in research and development, focusing on optics and powder management. Bas then progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager from 2021 to 2024. Currently, Bas holds the position of Director Sales & Applications EMEA - APAC at Additive Industries.

Bas van den Hout has a diverse education history. Bas obtained a Master's Degree in Organization and Management from the University of Antwerp in 2016, after completing a Preparatory Program Master in the same field at the same institution in 2015. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering and management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 2014. In 2013, they pursued a Minor in Applied psychology at Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Bas van den Hout began their education journey with an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical engineering from Mechenical Engineering ROC Eindhoven in 2011. Alongside their academic qualifications, they have also obtained several certifications in areas such as Strategic Selling, Sales Skills, Project Management, Proportional Hydraulics, and a Driving license.
