Ben Cooke

Ben Cooke is a partner at Addleshaw Goddard since May 2024, having previously held partnership positions at DWF from May 2016 to April 2024 and served as a senior associate. Prior experience includes working as a managing associate in commerce and technology at King & Wood Mallesons, where significant advisory roles involved high-profile transactions, including Universal Music's sale of the Parlophone Label Group. Ben began his career at Wragge & Co LLP, training in commercial and outsourcing law, and has developed expertise in negotiating and drafting contracts across various domains, including supply chain, procurement, and intellectual property. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Birmingham, an MA in Social Sciences from DePaul University, and legal qualifications from The College of Law in Chester.
