Doreen Mescal

Doreen Mescal currently serves as a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard since March 2022, following a progression from Managing Associate and Associate Solicitor roles. At Eugene F. Collins, Doreen has been an Associate Solicitor since November 2016, specializing in corporate law, particularly investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Doreen also volunteers as a Solicitor at FLAC - Free Legal Advice Centres, contributing to legal assistance initiatives since July 2015. Prior experience includes a Solicitor role in the Corporate Department at A&L Goodbody, where Doreen gained substantial expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. Doreen's education comprises a Master of Laws from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin.
