Emily Nuttall-Wood

Emily Nuttall-Wood is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law and commercial disputes. Currently serving as a Partner and Legal Director at Addleshaw Goddard since October 2023, Emily previously held the position of Director at Deloitte UK from February 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes managing associate roles at Kemp Little LLP, where responsibilities involved advising on various intellectual property matters, and serving as an IP lawyer at Walker Morris, focusing on enforcement and protection of clients' intellectual property rights. Emily began her legal career as a paralegal at Walker Morris and has a solid educational background with an LLB in Law from the College of Law and a MA in Philosophy and English Literature from The University of Edinburgh.
