Francis Tyrrell

Francis Tyrrell is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in Parliamentary, Government Affairs, and Infrastructure. Currently, Francis serves as a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard since February 2023. Prior to this role, Francis held various positions at Pinsent Masons from September 2013 to December 2022, including Partner, Legal Director, and Senior Associate. Francis began the legal career at BDB Pitmans (formerly Bircham Dyson Bell LLP) from March 2005 to September 2013 as a Senior Associate and Solicitor. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Clifford Chance LLP from March 2001 to March 2005 as a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation Department and Public Law Group, and serving as a Trainee Solicitor. Francis holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law with European Law from the University of Nottingham, and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Additionally, Francis studied at Université de Bretagne Occidentale and attended Truro School.
