Hemal Kotecha

Hemal Kotecha is a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard, where since May 2014, extensive experience has been garnered in advising investors, developers, and occupiers on various commercial real estate matters, including portfolio acquisitions, disposals, and development work, alongside landlord and tenant issues. Previously, Hemal served as a Managing Associate, advising institutional investors and corporate occupiers on similar matters. From March 2003 to April 2014, experience was gained at Stephenson Harwood LLP as a Trainee and Associate, specializing in commercial real estate and real estate finance, notably representing a sovereign wealth fund in a £1 billion property disposals program. A role as Legal Secondee at Santander UK Plc in early 2012 involved structuring credit facilities and addressing legal issues in diverse sectors such as real estate and healthcare. Hemal holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Cardiff University and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
