Jonathan Causley

Jonathan Causley is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Advisor at Addleshaw Goddard since July 2021, Jonathan previously held positions at LCF Law and Barclays, where responsibilities included designing innovative learning programs and managing large teams across multiple locations. Jonathan's background encompasses a diverse range of roles in learning management, team leadership, and customer service, bolstered by educational qualifications, including a Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Performance from the University of Leeds. Additionally, Jonathan acquired a certification in Digital Video from Adobe in July 2023.
