Katie Parker

Katie Parker is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in Corporate M&A and Private Equity. Currently serving as a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard since April 2014, Katie has held various roles including Legal Director and Managing Associate in the corporate sector. Prior to this, Katie gained extensive experience at Pannone LLP, transitioning from Trainee Solicitor to Solicitor in Corporate Finance, and played a significant role in key transactions such as advising shareholders of Stobbarts Limited on their sale to Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. Additionally, Katie contributed to the Manchester Young Solicitors Group as a committee member from January 2013 to September 2016, fostering professional networking and development opportunities. Educationally, Katie holds a Legal Practice Course degree from BPP Law School and an LLB in Law with European Studies from the University of Exeter.
