Michael O'Connor

Michael O'Connor is a seasoned legal professional and partner at Addleshaw Goddard, leading the Infrastructure, Projects, and Energy practice while serving as the National Head for the Government Energy and Infrastructure sector. Michael's extensive career began as a trainee solicitor at Addleshaw Sons and Latham in 1987, eventually establishing the PFI Practice and holding various leadership positions, including Head of Projects and overseeing Addleshaw Goddard's Manchester Office. In addition to legal practice, Michael has contributed to multiple organizations as a Non-Executive Director, including Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust, and served as Chair and Trustee for charitable organizations such as Festival Medical Services Limited and Manchester Concert Hall Limited. Michael holds degrees from Durham University and The Manchester Metropolitan University.
