Nathan Pearce

Nathan Pearce is a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard, where since March 2013, expertise has been focused on advising investors, managers, founders, and companies involved in UK and international private equity transactions, as well as providing counsel on M&A and general corporate activities. Prior to this role, Nathan served as a Managing Associate at Noerr LLP and spent time as a Secondee at Addleshaw Goddard. Nathan's earlier career includes positions as a Managing Associate at Clifford Chance LLP and as a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells, where experience spanned various roles from Senior Associate to Trainee Solicitor. Academic qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Trent University and an LLB in Law and Business Studies from the University of Birmingham.
