Paul Chaplin

Paul Chaplin is a Partner in the commercial litigation team at Addleshaw Goddard since March 2022, specializing in competition litigation and group actions. Prior to this role, Paul served as Counsel in the Litigation team at Hogan Lovells from August 2002 to February 2022, with a focus on similar areas. Notable recent experience includes advising multiple companies on antitrust damages claims stemming from a cartel finding in the Gas Insulated Switchgear and Power Transformer markets. Paul has advanced through various positions within Hogan Lovells, from Associate to Senior Associate, starting as a Trainee Solicitor. Paul holds multiple degrees in law and history, including an LPC from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts from Durham University.
