Paul Medlicott

Paul Medlicott is a distinguished corporate lawyer with extensive experience as a Partner and Head of Private Equity at Addleshaw Goddard since April 2002. Specializing in public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, group reorganisations, and general corporate advice, Paul serves clients in the FMCG, consumer goods, and retail sectors. Additionally, Paul contributes to the community as a Charity Trustee and Director for both SYZ Salford Youth Zone and HideOut Youth Zone. Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Paul practiced as a Solicitor at Andersen Legal from September 1999 to April 2002. Paul holds a Law degree from the University of Leeds, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and completed secondary education at The Manchester Grammar School from 1988 to 1995.
