Rebecca Kitson

Rebecca Kitson is an experienced employment lawyer currently serving as a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard since September 2019. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Legal Director and Principal Associate at Eversheds Sutherland from January 2012, specializing in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, with a focus on TUPE, holiday pay, discrimination, and large-scale restructuring exercises. Rebecca has a strong background in advocacy within Employment Tribunals and has managed several significant Employment Appeal Tribunal cases. Prior to this, Rebecca worked as a Senior Associate and Associate at Eversheds from January 2004 to May 2012. Rebecca holds an English and French Law LLB hons degree from the University of Liverpool and has also studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
