Roberto Pomares Botana

Roberto Pomares Botana serves as the Head of Spain at Addleshaw Goddard since May 2024, following an extensive career at King & Wood Mallesons from November 2013 to May 2024, where Roberto held the positions of Managing Partner and Socio in the Corporate M&A Department. Prior to that, Roberto worked at SJ Berwin from May 1999 to November 2013 as a Socio and Asociado. Roberto began the professional journey at B. Cremades y Asociados as an Asociado from 1996 to 1999. Roberto holds a Licenciado in Derecho from Universidad CEU San Pablo (1991-1995) and an LLM in International Business Law from the University of London (1995-1996).
