Simon Wood

Simon Wood is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard since September 2012, Simon has previously held the position of Managing Associate at the same firm. Additionally, Simon served as Secretary during a two-year secondment to the Takeover Panel from September 2015 to September 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Associate at Eversheds from September 2005 to August 2012 and holding roles as Associate and Trainee at Slaughter and May from September 1999 to August 2005. Simon's academic credentials include a BA in Literae Humaniores from The Queen's College, University of Oxford, and CPE and LPC qualifications from the College of Law, Chester.
