Zoe Connor

Zoe Connor is a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard since June 2019, bringing extensive experience in finance law from previous roles as a Partner at Haynes and Boone CDG, LLP, where expertise was developed in capital commitment subscription financings for private equity funds. Prior to that, Zoe served as a Senior Associate at Ashurst, focusing on cross-border and domestic financing transactions, with additional experience as a Business Secondee at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Zoe's career began as an Associate at Osborne Clarke, and legal experience was further enhanced through positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland as a Legal Secondee. Zoe holds an LL.B in English and German Laws from the University of Liverpool and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, along with a Legal Practice Course from The University of Law.
