Helen Karlsson

Helen Karlsson began their career in 1988 as a Financial Assistant at Fläkt Bostadsventilation AB. Helen then worked as an Accountant at Facit AB before transitioning into the role of HR Manager at DGC, where they were responsible for implementing personnel policies. Helen later held HR management positions at Visionutveckling AB, Enghouse Interactive, and Mogul, where they were involved in restructuring, integration, and acquisitions. Currently, they serve as the HR Director at Addnode Group Division Process Management, focusing on acquisitions, mergers, leadership training, and various HR processes.

Helen Karlsson studied Labour Law at Stockholm University from 2009 to 2010. Helen also completed a Three-year Economics Line at Östra Gymnasieskola Umeå from 1985 to 1988.
