Samantha Spidell

Samantha Spidell, M.Ed has worked in various roles since 2008. Samantha began their career at Arizona State University as an Assistant Community Director in 2008. In 2010, they became a Property Manager at CA Ventures, LLC, where they managed The Vue, an eleven-story luxury high-rise encompassing 132 specialty units. In 2011, they became a Building Resident Manager at Capstone On Campus Management, where they managed West Sixth high rise, a A+ twin towers residential property located in the heart of downtown Tempe. In 2013, they became the Director of Marketing and Executive Assistant at RWC Building Products, a leading regional distributor of building materials in the southwest since 1958. In 2017, they became the Finance Manager at Frontera Building Company, LLC, a large development company that specializes in land acquisition, redevelopment and sales of commercial properties throughout the greater Phoenix valley. In 2018, they became a Property Manager at Avenue5 Residential, where they managed The Stewart, Downtown Phoenix’s Newest Luxury Highrise Residence. In 2020, they became a Manager at Temac Development Inc., a boutique luxury homebuilder and specialty commercial restaurant design-build firm in business since 2003. In 2021, they became a Property Manager at AMC, where they rebuilt an entirely new staff at Allegro Apartments, a recently renovated multifamily housing property. In 2022, they became an Account Executive at Addressable, where they provide an end-to-end solution through customized handwritten cards, and a Loan Officer at PennyMac Loan Services, the second largest non-bank lender in the country.

Samantha Spidell, M.Ed has a Masters in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelors in Business Administration: Marketing & Management from Western Oregon University.
