Swati Sahu has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Swati began their career as an Administrative Executive at T.I.M.E. (Triumphant Institute of Managment Education). In 2015, they moved to Up-climbling HR Solution as a Human Resources Executive. Swati then joined Sunshine Hospitals in 2016 as a Human Resources Executive. Swati then worked as a Human Resources Associate at Sparc Pvt Ltd from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they became Self Employed and currently works as an Assistant Manager and Senior Executive Human Resources at AddressHealth since 2022.

Swati Sahu obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Fakir Mohan University, Balasore in 2012, with a focus in HR and Marketing. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Presidency College in 2009, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
