Helena Rebane

Helena Rebane has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 with their role as Assistant for the head organizer of Pärnu Festivalid OÜ. In 2005, they took on the role of Marketing Manager at Bekandims Hotel and Resort Centre. In 2007, they became President and Chairman of the Board for AIESEC-Suomi ry, and in 2011, they assumed the role of Chairman of the Board. In 2009, they became Owner and Community Manager of Siitrip ky, and in the same year, they began working at Ideakone Oy as Project Manager and Community Manager. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Fonecta Oy in various roles, including Business Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Palvelutuotantopäällikkö/Service Production Manager. In 2020, they became President of JCI Keskuspuisto. Helena Rebane is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of AddSearch, a Saas company that provides site search to more than 1800 websites from all over the world.

Helena Rebane has a diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management from the University of Tartu which they obtained between 2002 and 2005. Helena has also obtained several certifications including Johtajuusakatemia from Suomen Nuorkauppakamarit ry | JCI Finland in November 2022, Design strategy: Design thinking for business strategy and entrepreneurship from Coursera in November 2018, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in October 2018, Java Programming: Solving Problems with Software from Coursera Course Certificates in January 2016, Programming and the Web for Beginners from Coursera Verified Certificates in November 2015, and Social Psychology from Coursera in September 2014.
