Kaj Ignatjew

Kaj Ignatjew is an experienced leader in the security and smart care industries, currently serving as Managing Director and VP for Smart Alarms and Smart Care at AddSecure Oy and AddSecure Smart Care Oy, respectively. Since December 2022, Kaj has been responsible for strategic direction in smart alarm systems while concurrently overseeing operations at AddSecure Finland Holding Oy since May 2021. Prior to these roles, Kaj held significant positions at Stella Kotipalvelut, AVARN Security Finland, Turvatiimi Oyj, and G4S Security Services, demonstrating a strong background in sales and management. Kaj has a solid educational foundation, having studied at MERCURIA Business College.
