Michael Groeber

Michael Groeber is a co-founder and managing director at Castik Capital, a pan-European private equity firm established in June 2014, where Castik Funds successfully closed Fund I at €1bn in August 2015. In addition to his role at Castik, Michael Groeber serves on various boards, including Advisory Board Member at WATR Group since January 2025, Board Member at Andra Tech Group and an undisclosed B2B insurance broker since September and February 2023 respectively, as well as at TBAuctions and Element Logic since January and August 2021 respectively. Previously, Michael Groeber held significant advisory positions, including with Waterlogic International until November 2022 and Acrotec Group until February 2021. Michael Groeber holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and multiple business degrees from renowned institutions, including Indiana University and ESB Business School.
