Lea Whitmer

Lea Whitmer began their career in 2014 as a Server for BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group. In 2015, they became a Certified Dental Assistant for Smiley Dental Group, where they were certified by the Commission on Ohio Dental Assistants and received additional certifications from the Ohio State University in Sealant Placement, Coronal Polishing, and the monitoring of Nitrous Oxide. In 2018, they became an Administrative Assistant for HBD Industries, Inc., where they provided support for the executive assistant, executives, directors, managers, new hires and candidates, and helped prepare/edit reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets. In 2020, they joined AddShoppers as an Affiliate Relations Manager, where they created best practices to identify and qualify prospects through high volume prospecting and creative methods via affiliate networks. Lea also planned and organized campaigns for the BDR team, strategized and facilitated the expansion into additional affiliate networks, and provided ongoing mentorship, support and training to the BDR team. Lea then became a Senior Business Development Specialist, where they looked for new avenues to connect with brands and how to identify the latest trends in the market that made sense in the SaaS space. Lea also oversaw a small team of BDRs that they mentored. In 2022, they joined Orangetheory Fitness as a Sales Associate.

Lea Whitmer began their education in 2012 at Youngstown State University, where they studied Dental Hygiene/Hygienist. Lea then attended Columbus State Community College in 2013 and studied Dental Hygiene/Hygienist as well. In 2014, Lea attended Everest Institute-Gahanna, where they obtained a Dental Assisting/Assistant Certification. In 2016, Lea obtained a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification from the COMMISSION ON OHIO DENTAL ASSISTANTS CERTIFICATION.
