Bobby Baer

Bobby Baer is the current Field Service Engineer Manager at AddUp. Bobby was previously a Field Service Technician at Cold Jet from October 2020 to March 2021, and before that an Automation and Additive Manufacturing Field Specialist at Cincinnati Incorporated from March 2012 to October 2020. In their previous roles, they were responsible for ensuring users of dry ice equipment were satisfied with its performance by providing prompt onsite or in-house service, as well as executing required maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations of electro-mechanical, pneumatic, automation, linear motor, laser, and fiber optic systems at customer locations throughout North America. Bobby is skilled in analyzing and resolving electrical communication issues through ethernet, fiber optic, BIOS settings, high and low voltage power supplies, and PLC's. Baer is known for their ability to communicate technical information to customers, recommend engineering solutions, and write technical service reports summarizing recommended parts, serviced issues, and expenses.

Bobby Baer has a certification from the American Association of Tissue Banks and has completed core classes at the University of Cincinnati. Bobby also has a high school diploma from Oak Hills.
