Hervé Alle

Hervé Alle is the current VP/GM Operations at AddUp. Hervé has over 25 years of experience in the industry, having worked their way up from a Sales Account Manager to a Global Materials Managing Director. In their current role, they oversee all operations for AddUp, including manufacturing, customer support, and sales.

Alle began their career in 1996 as a Sales Account Manager for TOKYO ELECTRON LIMITED. Hervé then moved to Lapmaster Wolters GmbH in 2012, where they became the Global Materials Managing Director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the production of precision machined parts and tools. Hervé left Lapmaster Wolters in 2015 to join BeAM Machines as the Chef d'Etablissement & Directeur des Opérations.

At BeAM, Alle was responsible for the company's overall operations, including manufacturing, customer support, and sales. Hervé played a key role in developing new industrial applications for the company's innovative CLAD technology. In 2018, BeAM was acquired by AddUp, and Alle took on their current role as VP/GM Operations.

Hervé Alle completed a Centre d'Etudes Supérieures Industrielles in Engineering Degree, Electronics, Mechanics, Physics at the Centre d'Etudes Supérieures Industrielles. Hervé also completed a DUT Mesures Physiques in Electronics, Physics, Optronics, Thermics at the IUT StDenis (93). Hervé completed their Bac E in Maths, Physics, Technical at the Lycée G. Monod (95).

Hervé Alle reports to Rush LaSelle, President- CEO. They are on a team with Potential Hire 2022 - Technical Sales, Nick Estock - Product Market Manager, and Jason Bernal - Central Regional Sales Manager. Todd Smith - Process and Project Manager, Steve Livingston - QC Supervisor, and Austin Kron - Director of Operations and Service report to Hervé Alle.
