Indresh Arora

Indresh Arora is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the IT and ITES sectors. Currently serving as Senior General Manager - Operations at WNS since April 2021, Indresh has held various leadership roles including General Manager and Senior GM. Prior to this, positions at CCI Global included Senior Technical Operations Manager and Contact Centre Manager. Indresh's earlier career at A Systems, LLC as Director Of Operations involved strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration, while an extensive tenure at Wipro showcased expertise in operational excellence, resource planning, and process improvement. Indresh holds an Executive Leadership Program certification from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Jamia Hamdard.
