Katie Mielke

Katie Mielke, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of People Operations and Business Partnerships at Addus HomeCare, a position held since July 2018, where previous roles included Director of HR, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Healthcare Associates of Texas and holding multiple HR positions at Epic Health Services, Inc., including Associate Vice President of Human Resources. Additionally, Katie worked as a Human Resources Executive at Target. A graduate of the University of North Texas, Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising, earned between 2008 and 2012.
