José Tomás Guzman has extensive experience in technology and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the Gerente de Tecnología y Transformación Digital at Addval - Asesoría y Consultoria Integral since January 2019, José Tomás previously founded and managed Final Development Studio from 2009 to April 2019, emphasizing user-centered technology creation. Additionally, José Tomás founded and led Gestión Valor from May 2011 to May 2016, assisting companies in decision-making through organizational diagnosis and team dynamics, and offering tailored courses in various areas including project facilitation and quality of service. José Tomás began their career as an Analyst at Mutual de Seguridad from July 2009 to January 2010. Education includes two degrees in Sociology with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, earned between 2005 and 2010.
