Doretha Anderson

Doretha Anderson is an experienced proposal manager with a strong background in leading proposal teams and managing development activities across various organizations. Since October 2013, Doretha has served as Proposal Manager at Addx Corporation, overseeing prime and sub proposals, coordinating stand-up meetings, and managing schedules with multiple subcontractors. Prior experience includes serving as Proposal Development Manager at CACI International Inc from October 2007 to August 2013, where Doretha managed proposal activities and facilitated peer review efforts. Earlier, Doretha worked as Team Leader II at Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems from December 2004 to October 2007, focusing on all aspects of proposal production and utilizing the Virtual Proposal Center for development efforts. Doretha holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Rutgers University.
