Alicia Cerezo

Alicia Cerezo is the Founder of Addyou, a startup specialized in IT, Digital, and Engineering recruitment using agile methodology, technology, and a focus on people. Prior to this, Alicia co-founded The Adidea, a headhunting company for digital talent. With a background in HR and recruitment, Alicia has experience as a Director at Manpower España and various other roles in recruitment and HR in different companies. Alicia is currently pursuing further education in People Analytics and HR Analytics. Alicia is also certified in Agile Business, Agile Recruiting, and has a degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Education.
