Brenden Faber

Brenden Faber serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ADEC Innovations since April 2024, following a distinguished tenure at First American Exchange-1031 Exchange from 2003 to June 2021, where Brenden held several roles, including President and Senior Vice President. As President, Brenden led national strategies, financial planning, and personnel development while contributing to the establishment of an online platform for 1031 investors. In previous positions, Brenden managed teams and significantly increased revenues and margins, notably generating over $15 million as the Utah Manager. Brenden also served as COO for Commercial Due Diligence Services, enhancing operational profitability, and was a board member for both First Security Business Bank and Habitat for Humanity for Salt Lake Valley. Brenden holds a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and a BS in Finance from the University of Utah.
