Rachel Duff

Rachel Duff is a seasoned People Operations Manager with extensive experience in managing human resources functions at multiple organizations. Currently, Rachel serves as People Operations Manager at Cameron-Cole since January 2022, while simultaneously holding the same position at both ADEC Innovations and FirstCarbon Solutions since February 2016. At FirstCarbon Solutions, part of ADEC Innovations, the focus is on promoting sustainable practices globally and enhancing the well-being of clients, partners, and colleagues alike. Rachel holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC Irvine.
