Richard Patterson

Richard Patterson is a highly experienced executive with over 30 years in leadership roles across sales, business process outsourcing (BPO), information technology outsourcing (ITO), and customer experience (CX). Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Group Head of Sales & Revenue at ADEC Innovations, Richard focuses on enhancing global client efficiency through innovative outsourced solutions. Previous roles include Founder and CEO of Wisdom BPO Ltd, where the aim was to leverage near and off-shoring benefits for multinational organizations, and Head of Europe at transcosmos Inc., supporting top European companies in expanding their operations in Asia. Additional experience includes serving as Non Executive Chairman at AnyBPO Ltd and a lengthy tenure as CEO of Merlin IS Ltd, which transitioned to become a global IT and customer support service provider.
