Robert Francis Berba

Robert Francis Berba has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Robert Francis is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at ADEC Innovations since October 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at William Hill (PH-AU) from July 2016 to September 2018. Robert Francis also worked as the Senior Director of HR Services at IBEX | Global from September 2013 to June 2016 and as the Director of HR and Administration at CSS Corp from February 2012 to August 2013. Robert has also held managerial positions at Firstsource Solutions Limited, Allsec Technologies Manila Inc., Sitel Philippines, Asia Brewery Inc., and San Miguel Corporation.
